YOU WILL NEED
6 mint leaves
A good pinch of salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
juice of 1 lime
a slice of lime
1/2 cup of mango puree from fresh mango
1 passionfruit (pulp)
1/2 cup of Tangy Turtle Mango Passion Turmeric kombucha
Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Place the mint leaves in a cocktail glass. Add the sugar, salt and a thin slice of lime. Muddle the mixture with a spoon to bruise the mint leaves. Add the mango puree, passionfruit and ice, then fill the glasses with Mango Passion Turmeric kombucha. Add more sugar if desired. Garnish with mint leaves or lime slices and enjoy!
