Pina Colada

YOU WILL NEED

150 mls Tangy Turtle Pineapple Mint Lime kombucha

100 grams frozen pineapple

100 mls coconut milk

30 mls palm sugar syrup

2-3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Coconut curls and lime zest, and pineapple leaf to garnish

DIRECTIONS

Blend frozen pineapple, coconut milk, palm sugar and kombucha until smooth.

Add more pineapple for a thicker cocktail.

Serve immediately a glass (or a coconut) and top with coconut curls, zest of lime, and a pineapple leaf.
